Unlike traditional allergy testing, the Glacier Peak Pet Intolerance Test uses Biofeedback technology with hair and saliva samples to identify intolerances and sensitivities that could be causing stress to a pet’s life. The system can detect over 300 food and environmental factors that could be triggering a pet’s allergy-type symptoms. Stressors tend to be more common than true-born allergies. They can change over time, due to overexposure, and even the environment. There are a lot of moving factors when creating a balance in the body. Eliminating triggers is the biggest component, but sometimes there is a need for additional support with holistic remedies. Our test is able to determine which GPH products would or would not be suitable based on their pet’s results. We have completed well over 50,000 tests and have received incredible feedback. Our customers reported that after eliminating the stressor items, in conjunction with some of our supplements, they saw significant changes for the better! Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 60 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
Once your request is approved, you will received a return address needed to be included on your return label. Please send your item(s) via local post within 10 days and send us the return tracking info.
When warehouse receives the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition or has the issues stated in the return request.
Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 6-10 days (processing time depends on the payment method). That the return shipping fee will be refunded or not depends on the return reason(quality or non-quality issue).
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without our authorization will not be accepted. The time frame for return/exchange must not exceed 60 days from the time when the original order is received.
The item must be unassembled, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached.
The item being returned must be in the original condition. Please retain the original package for returns. otherwise we reserve the right to reasonably refuse any return.
We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.

Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
