Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 60 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
Once your request is approved, you will received a return address needed to be included on your return label. Please send your item(s) via local post within 10 days and send us the return tracking info.
When warehouse receives the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition or has the issues stated in the return request.
Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 6-10 days (processing time depends on the payment method). That the return shipping fee will be refunded or not depends on the return reason(quality or non-quality issue).
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without our authorization will not be accepted. The time frame for return/exchange must not exceed 60 days from the time when the original order is received.
The item must be unassembled, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached.
The item being returned must be in the original condition. Please retain the original package for returns. otherwise we reserve the right to reasonably refuse any return.
We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.

It’s perfect! It’s the most adorable thing ever. It only took about 5 hours to assemble. The instructions are pretty clear, everything is labeled and there is a YouTube video for assembling also!! Love it so much!

This was a great purchase. We bought for our daughter’s 2nd birthday. Now leaving our house takes longer because she needs to play in her house. :). It was easy to assemble as there were larger pieces that allowed us to put it together while she napped.

Looks nice. It is very time consuming to put together.You will need 2 people and somewhat competent in following directions. Wood is cheap and easy to crack drilling the screws. Don’t buy this if you are not handy!!! Otherwise for the price it’s ok value.

This was beyond our expectations. Easy to assemble ( although you should have another person to assist). Instructions were clear and precise. The product was of high quality. It was nice to have real wood instead of cheap plastic. Our 2.5 year old granddaughter fell in love with it. The look on her face when she saw it assembled was priceless. Her parents will be challenged to get her to leave it and go back in their house. Kids will love the door bell, the wall mounted phone, the kitchen and its utensils. This is one of the best purchases we have ever made.
